You may use Emberline: Phoenix Circuit for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse network resources, bypass security controls, or redistribute the game and its original artwork as your own product.
Scores and availability
Scores are stored locally and are not guaranteed to persist. The game may change, pause, or become unavailable without notice. No purchase is required in the supplied release.
Advertising and third parties
The Android app may display limited third-party advertising. Interactions with third-party services are also subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every device and browser will behave identically.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, zmenix.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the game.
